29 CFR  1903.19(d)(1):The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  The employer did not provide abatement documentation within 10 days of the abatement due date of January 2, 2024, for the following item: Citation 1 Item 1-b  Citation 1 Item 1-b: The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  Location: 4 Grace Street, Middleboro Ma   On or about 08/23/2023 An employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet to the ground while installing trusses to the top level of a residential roof where fall protection training was not provided.
