Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. Worksite: 161-39 118 Ave, Jamaica NY 11434. On or about August 23rd, 2023, employee was exposed to an approximately 9-foot fall hazard while doing excavation work on the edge of the foundation wall without fall protection. Note: Abatement documentation is required. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19.
