On 8/23/2023, five workers faced potential electrical shock and burn injuries due to an inadequately protected extension cord that traversed a road and passed through a pile of construction debris.

Location: An extension cord powering the work site at 7 Florence Avenue crossed the street and went 100 feet east to an outdoor outlet at 4 Florence Avenue.
