29 CFR  1926.651(b)(3):When excavation operations approached the estimated location of underground installations, the exact location of the installations was not determined by safe and acceptable means:  a) 155 Arrowhead, Mount Joy, PA - Behind Warehouse - Employees were conducting excavation operations when the excavator hit a gas line that was no longer marked due to worksite activities obliterating the original location markings, on or about August 23, 2023.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
