29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) Pristine Inc., 633 N Iliff Dr, Pueblo West, CO 81007: On August 23, 2023, the controlling employer did not ensure a safety program was developed and implemented for the work environment, to include frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person of the job-site, materials, and equipment. Two subcontractor employees sheeting on the second level worked near the edge of the building without utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 1 inch to the ground below.
