Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a. 395 Sip Avenue Jersey City, NJ Employees engaged in construction activities of on a low-slope roof, and were exposed to an approximate 20 fall hazard as employees utilized harness with lanyard that was not attached to anchor point resulting in a fall from the building. Violation occurred on or about 08/22/2023
