(a) Workshop: On or about August 24, 2023, the employer did not ensure that 7 compressed gas cylinders containing argon/carbon dioxide and oxygen were secured from being knocked over, as in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, Section 3.3.1 titled "Storing Cylinders". (b) Workshop: On or about August 24, 2023, the employer did not ensure that 4 compressed gas cylinders containing acetylene were secured from being knocked over, as in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, Section 3.3.1 titled "Storing Cylinders". (c) Workshop: On or about August 24, 2023, the employer did not ensure that 1 compressed gas cylinder containing acetylene was properly capped protecting the valve from damage, as in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, Section 3.3.1 titled "Storing Cylinders".
