29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:(a) a) On or about 8/24/2023, at the entrance to the housekeeping building, a fire extinguisher was blocked by two trash cans. b) On or about 8/24/2023, within the storage room of the housekeeping building a fire extinguisher was blocked by a broom, dust pan, and metal pieces c) On or about 8/24/2023, inside of the break room in the mechanics building, a fire extinguisher was blocked by a table and chairs. d) On or about 8/24/2023, inside of the IDF room, there was a fire extinguisher that was inaccessible due to a locked door that employees were unable to unlock.
