29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) On August 22, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet, while performing carpentry work from job made wooden platform that was placed on the forks of a Genie all terrain forklift, model number GTH-644, and utilized as an elevated work platform. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item
