29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h). a) Screen Washer Area: On or about August 24, 2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees chemical burn hazards, in that a written hazard communication program was not developed for employees who work with chemicals including "SAATI Chemicals" REMOVE ER2 and "SAATI Chemicals" REMOVE ER13 in the production of screen printed tee shirts.
