29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects as immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with � 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with � 1910.22(d), or replaced. a) For the tire storage area, on or about 08/24/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, employees used a 6 foot aluminum step ladder that had bent structural supports and a broken work rest. The ladder was in service in this condition.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) For the shop location, on or about 08/24/2023, the employer exposed employees to potential skin irritation and eye injuries, in that, a written hazard communication program was not implemented and maintained in the workplace and accessible to employees. Chemicals used included, but were not limited to, engine oils, transmission fluids, brake fluids, coolants and Freon.
