29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects as immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with � 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with � 1910.22(d), or replaced.  a) For the tire storage area, on or about 08/24/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, employees used a 6 foot aluminum step ladder that had bent structural supports and a broken work rest. The ladder was in service in this condition.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   a) For the shop location, on or about 08/24/2023, the employer exposed employees to potential skin irritation and eye injuries, in that, a written hazard communication program was not implemented and maintained in the workplace and accessible to employees. Chemicals used included, but were not limited to, engine oils, transmission fluids, brake fluids, coolants and Freon.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)   a) For the shop location, on or about 08/24/2023, the employer exposed employees to potential skin irritation and eye injuries, in that, copies of the chemical's safety data sheets were not maintained in the workplace and accessible to employees. Chemicals used included, but were not limited to, engine oils, transmission fluids, brake fluids, coolants and Freon.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a) For the tire room in the main shop building, on or about 08/24/2023, the employer exposed employees to potential shock hazards, in that, the access/working space in front of an electrical panel (110VAC) was blocked by mobile equipment.
