Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, NY 13212. On the roof, on or about August 24, 2023, employees were performing reroofing activities while exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet eave to ground while on a greater than 4:12 sloped roof. The employer did not ensure that each worker was protected from fall hazards while reroofing.
