29 CFR 1910.101(b): The utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: The employer was failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented on or about August 24, 2023 at the KFC store located at 8311 Harrison Street, La Vista, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that compressed gas cylinders were secured.

This was most recently documented on or about August 24, 2023 at the KFC store located at 8311 Harrison Street, La Vista, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that receptacle outlets in the kitchen were covered.
