However, the employer shall ensure that the tasks to be performed are planned as if a briefing were required.  (a) On or about August 24th, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the tasks to be performed were planned is if a briefing were required for a worker who was working alone to repair an outage on a 7,200-volt power line at or near, 29552 State Highway 35, Prairie Du Chien, WI 53821.
