1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (s): Location 36 Bay Farm Road Kingston MA 02364 On or about August 24, 2023, an employee was injured when he fell from a roof that was 7 feet 7 inches above a deck and 11 feet 2 inches from the ground level below where fall protection was not used. The employer did not have a program to conduct and document frequent and regular inspections of their worksites to ensure that workers were protected from falls.
