29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: On or about 08/08/2023, at a commercial construction jobsite located at 7701 Clayton Road, Clayton, MO., and employee was exposed to a fall hazard. An employee was allowed to work from a rolling scaffold without having the wheels locked and secured in place.
