29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a) On or about 08/15/2023, at the jobsite located at 10881 Crooked River Road, Unit 203, Estero, Florida 34135, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet, in that, the top section of an extension ladder was utilized to reach the single story roof of a 2 story residence. The bottom section(s) of the extension ladder was not present.
