29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: On or about Augst 25, 2023, containers of hazardous chemicals were not affixed with the required labels marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of chemicals stored in tanks that included, but were not limited to, the following: Barrel Line: 1. Hyprotec 1010 tank - Chromium sulfate containing Category 1A and 2B substance causing skin corrosion and serious eye damage, respectively. 2. ProClean PE 167 tank - Sodium hydroxide containing Category 1B and 2 substance causing skin corrosion/irritation and eye damage/irritation, respectively.
