Ross Dress For Less, 30 International Dr S Ste F, Flanders, NJ 07836 The employer did not ensure that employees working in a JLG 600AJ HC3 aerial lift wore their body belts with lanyards attached to the aerial lift basket. The employees were installing ceramic tiles on the commercial building under construction. Violation occurred 7/26/2023
