The work area shall be inspected to ensure that nonessential items have been removed and to ensure that machine or equipment components are operationally intact. On or before June 7, 2023, at the Bun Make Up area (KRD#1), employees were exposed to amputation hazards while energizing the air lock without replacing the vacuum plug.
