29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1):The employer shall establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided in this paragraph by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. a) At Apollo Modular Systems, Inc production floor: On or about August 28, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to auditory hazards in that an audiometric testing program was not provided to employees exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 92.3 dBA and 87.0 dBA.
