Instance A: An employee receiving trusses on the roof had his SRL at foot level and worked a considerable horizontal distance from where the SRL was anchored. Instance B: An employee climbing on roof trusses had his SRL anchored at a level below his feet. Instance C: An employee in or near the roof trusses had his SRL anchored at foot level.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Location: Job site Employees had not been adequately trained in the use and inspection of fall protection equipment.
