29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) First United Methodist Church of Tucker located at 5095 LaVista Road, Tucker, Georgia, 30084, Roof: On or about 8/28/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while performing animal barrier installation services on a 5/12 pitched roof.
