Location:  a) Rooftop - suspended scaffold at the north side of the roof of the jobsite:  On or about August 29th, 2023, employees were working from a suspended scaffold and had no access to and from the working platform. An employee climbed unto the edge of the roof and then climbed down to access the scaffold work platform about 11 feet below the roof.
