29 CFR  1910.95(c)(1): The employer did not administer a continuing and effective hearing conservation program as described in 29 CFR 1910.95(c) through (o) whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 decibels measured on the A scale, or equivalently a dose of fifty percent:  a) Kimmel Cultural Campus located at 300 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102 - Lobby Area -  The employer did not administer a continuing effective hearing conservation program for employees performing work in the Lobby area of the establishment during events and exposed an employee to continuous noise levels equivalent to 77.9% of the allowable 50% dose for an 8 hour time-weighted average (TWA). This exposure was equivalent to an 8 hour TWA of 88.2 dBA, exceeding the OSHA Action Level of 85.0 dBA for an 8 hour TWA. Sampling time was 453 minutes. Zero exposures were assumed for all unsampled time periods.  Violation noted on October 31, 2023 through November 1, 2023.
