29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by ingoing nip points and rotating parts:  a. 350 Forbes Boulevard Thermoforming Area:  On or about , August 29, 2023, employees were exposed to ingoing nip points on unguarded drive shafts on Kiefel Thermoforming Machines and Sencorp Thermoforming Machines.   a. 350 Forbes Boulevard Thermoforming Area: On or about August 29, 2023, employees were exposed to two rotating bolts that extended from the right side of the Sencorp Thermoforming machines' spinning winder spools.    b. 50 Suffolk Road Thermoforming Area: On or about  September 5, 2023,  employees were exposed  ingoing nip points on unguarded drive shafts on Kiefel Inline Grinders.
