29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by ingoing nip points and rotating parts:  a. 350 Forbes Boulevard Thermoforming Area:  On or about August 29, 2023, employees were exposed to  ingoing nip points on unguarded drive shafts on Kiefel Thermoforming Machines and Sencorp Thermoforming Machines.    b. 350 Forbes Boulevard Thermoforming Area:  On or about August 29, 2023, employees were also exposed to two rotating  bolts extended from the right side of the Sencorp Thermoforming machines' spinning winder spools .
