29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed: a) Mammoth Cave Park Lodging : On or about 08/28/2023, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that an employee caulking a wall/ceiling was using a portable 6 ft. step ladder installed in a closed position and leaning against the wall that was being worked on.
