29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A):For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910: a) Shop Area - On or about August 30, 2023, a 208v electrical distribution panel located in the Northwest corner of the shop was obstructed and did not have the available front working space required in the standard. b) Parts Storage Room - On or about August 30, 2023, a 480v electrical distribution panel located in the Southwest corner of the shop, in the parts room, was obstructed and did not have the available front working space required in the standard.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraph (A), As a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Shop Area - On or about August 30, 2023, the North wall of the shop, an orange extension cord was permanently wired to an overhead lighting fixture, zip tied to building conduit and plug connected to a building electrical outlet. b) Shop Area - On or about August 30, 2023, the East wall of the shop, a blue extension cord was permanently wired to security camera devices, zip tied to compressed air piping and plug connected to a building electrical outlet. c) Shop Area - On or about August 30, 2023, the South wall of the shop, a yellow extension cord was being utilized as permanent wiring for a clothing washer machine.
