29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) Jobsite located at 30 Bunting Lane, Primos, PA 19018: On or about August 30, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the eyewash facilities were provided within the work areas for immediate emergency use where employees were exposed to corrosive materials, such as sulfuric acid contained in the powered industrial truck batteries, such as Duralast 12V, thus exposing them to chemical burns. *A suitable eye wash must meet the minimum criteria as defined by ANSI/ISEA Z358.1
