29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At a commercial worksite located at the intersection of NE Barry Rd and N Oak Tfwy in KC MO -- Employee working from a aerial lift installing new traffic camera system was not wearing a harness with lanyard. This exposed the employee to being catapulted from the basket. This was documented on or about 08/28/2023.
