The employer did not obtain and maintain copies of safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used. Employees were not provided or had available safety data sheets for chemicals that included, but were not limited to isopropyl alcohol and the lithium cobalt dioxide present in the lithium-ion batteries used on a daily basis.   Violation occurred on August 31, 2023
