At a commercial sod farm located at Buckner Sod farm, 262 e 24 Hwy, Buckner MO -- employees were engaged in sod farming, i.e., mowing grass, harvesting sod, planting sod, using a New Holland TN75A tractor. The employer did not ensure that each employee riding on the tractor used a seatbelt during tractor operation.
