Coast Guard approved ring life buoy with a line attached was not located on each staging alongside of a floating vessel on which work was being performed. Anacapa Boatyard Dock: On and/or before August 29, 2023, the employer did not ensure that a 30-inch ring life buoy was located at the dock for employee rescue in case of emergency. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to drowning hazards.
