29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 30 August 2023 and at times prior there to, employees were installing new roof framing materials with no fall protection. The employees worked from top plates, improvised elevated platforms and rafters and exposed to fall hazard greater than 6 feet. The Salas Framing & Construction L.L.C. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1457947, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2342 Loxley Drive, Corpus Christi, TX 78415.
