29 CFR  1910.22(c): 29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces:   a) Facility, 168 Shippingport Road, Shippingport, PA:  On or about September 5, 2023, employees were climbing the loaded, bundled stacks of drywall to access the top of the stacks to cover the drywall with tarps in preparation for delivery.   The area where the employees used as a rung/foothold was 17 inches apart and there were not any grab bars or siderails.
