29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about September 1, 2023, and at times prior there to, employees used an all-terrain forklift with an unapproved personnel work platform to perform welding activities on a metal building. This exposed employees to a fall hazard greater than ten (10) feet to the ground below.
