A) 112 Van Houten St Paterson, NJ: Employees were engaged in a framing activities from an unprotected edge of a three story building, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 04/10/2023.
