29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) 4001 Tejon Street, Denver, CO: On or around September 6, 2023, and at times prior employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards in that a flexible cord in the site's office was run as permanent wiring to a dish washer in the bar area. (b) 4001 Tejon Street, Denver, CO: On or around September 6, 2023, and at times prior employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards in that a flexible cord in the site's kitchen area was run as permanent wiring to the hotline. (c) 4001 Tejon Street, Denver, CO: On or around September 6, 2023, and at times prior employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards in that a flexible cord in the site's kitchen area was run as permanent wiring to the restaurants hot water heater.
