29 CFR 1910.1025(f)(3)(i)(B): The employer did not provide employees with full facepiece respirators for protection against lead aerosols that cause eye or skin irritation at the use concentrations:  On or about September 06, 2023, employees performed routine cleaning duties without a full-face respirator when significant skin contact occurred during heavy dust suspension activities and when a bullet trap door was missing from Trap 5 in the back of the firing range. A cloud of dust generated when employees swept the bullet casings from the fire range, poured the casings into the auger bullet collection traps, and then ran the auger to grind the bullets into a fine dust powder before the contents of the trap was disposed into waste barrels.  This was performed without the appropriate protection against lead aerosols that irritate the skin in the following areas:  a) Bullet Trap Area b) Firing Range c) Disposal bin
