29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. (a) Jobsite: On or about 9/7/2023, employees engaged in roofing activities on a flat roof with unprotected sides and edges approximately 18 feet in height were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system, or a combination of warning line system and safety monitor system. ICAO Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1432557, citation number 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/18/2019, with respect to the workplace located at 52 Pleasant Valley Drive, Worcester MA 01605.
