29 CFR 1910.29(b)(1): The employer did not ensure that  guardrail systems met the requirement that the top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, that are 42 inches (107 cm), plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm), above the walking-working surface. The top edge height may exceed 45 inches (114 cm), provided the guardrail system meets all other criteria of paragraph (b) of this section (see Figure D11 of this section):  (a) Supply Area - On or about September 7, 2023, employees accessing the supply area were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately nine and a half (9.5) feet in that the top rail of the guard rail system was installed at thirty-seven (37) inches above the walking-working surface.  Abatement Certification Required.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1:  (a) Production Floor - On or about September 7, 2023, employees were required to access several two-hundred and twenty (220) volt breaker boxes for welders and were exposed to fire hazards in that sufficient access and working space was not maintained around the electrical boxes.  Abatement Certification Required.
