29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: Location: a) Worksite; stairway (second floor to front yard) a) On or about 9/6/2023, employees used the stairway to access the second floor and the front yard to perform work. A stairrail was missing on the exposed left and right sides of the stairway.
