29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(ii): On a construction site, where an assured equipment grounding program was not utilized, all 120-volt, single-phase, 15 and 20 ampere receptacle outlets which were not a part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and which are in use by employees did not have approved ground fault circuit interrupters for personal protection:            a) On or about September 7, 2023, employees were provided with electrical tools and equipment connected by cord and plug to a Champion 3500/4000 watt portable generator without the use of ground fault circuit interrupters or an assured equipment grounding conductor program.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
