Located at the Case Farms Processing, Inc., Winesburg OH facility: On or about August 15, 2023, located in the Deboning area, a sanitation employee was performing cleaning activities while standing and walking on the conveyor band of the deboning machine without being protected from falling off the unprotected edge of the equipment from a height of approximately 8.7 feet.
