29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  East Side of the Casino, Underground Valet/Security: On and/or before September 7, 2023 temporary flexible portable extension cord(s) were plugged into a relocatable power tap and used  as a source of permanent power to power security equipment and fans.  The configuration for the cord set up had been in place since 2021.  This condition potentially can cause equipment failure. Employee(s) were subjected to potential electric shock and/or fire hazard(s).
