On or about September 7, 2023, at the establishment located at 735 Industrial Loop Road New London, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure that containers of cleaning solutions and anti-spatter solutions were labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or a combination thereof, which provided information regarding the hazards of the chemical.
