29 CFR  1910.141(g)(2): Eating and drinking areas. No employee shall be allowed to consume food or beverages in a toilet room nor in any area exposed to a toxic material:  (a) Job site: Delaware Valley Steel, located at 2249 Manor Road, Upper Darby, PA in Warehouse area: On or about September 9, 2023, the employer did not prevent employees from consuming food in an area exposed to a toxic material. Employees were eating on, and having skin contact with, surfaces contaminated with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to: Manganese, Chromium, Copper, Vanadium, Iron.
