29 CFR 1904.7(a)The employer did not record workplace injuries and illnesses that would be considered to meet the general recording criteria, and therefore to be recordable, if it results in any of the following: death, days away from work, restricted work or transfer to another job, medical treatment beyond first aid, or loss of consciousness: The employer failed to complete and/or maintain injury and illness documentation for the purpose of general recording as it relates to medical treatment beyond first aid and the hospitalization of employees. The following incidents were not documented on the company's 2023 injury and illness forms: a) On or about July 11, 2023, an employee assigned to the East Las Vegas postal station was exposed to a heat hazard requiring medical treatment beyond first aid. b) On or about July 26, 2023, an employee assigned to the East Las Vegas postal station was exposed to a heat hazard requiring medical treatment beyond first aid. c) On or about July 28, 2023, an employee assigned to the East Las Vegas postal station was exposed to a heat hazard requiring medical treatment beyond first aid.

The following incident was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours of admittance: a) On or about July 26, 2023, an employee assigned to the East Las Vegas postal station was exposed to a heat hazard, which resulted in admittance to the hospital.
