29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: (a) Tailored Brands, Inc. DBA-Men's Wearhouse Store #1309: On September 1, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while using a microwave plugged into an extension cord running through a frequently opened and closed doorway, leading to damage to the cord.
